The Global Executive MBA is an intensive, 13-month, blended MBA program offering part face-to-face, part online interactive learning. With face-to-face periods in Spain, China, USA and Brazil, this program offers a truly global window on the business world, adding important components on Asian markets, sustainable development and the liberal arts, to the traditional MBA.

Online learning periods occur between each face-to-face module, ensuring continued learning and connection between classmates for the duration of the program.

Given the program’s blended nature, participants are able to follow the program regardless of their geographic location, travel schedules and work commitments.

The Global Executive MBA can be divided into two main parts, the first dealing with business fundamentals and the second with integrating the functional areas of business. The executive design allows participants to implement new knowledge and skills immediately in their everyday workplace.

Global Executive MBA participants work within select groups of professionals, looking to expand their knowledge and further develop their capabilities, driving class discussion from various perspectives and experiences.

IE Business School's Global Executive MBA is a vital step for executives looking to take their professional careers to the next level.

To be considered for admission, a candidate must have successfully completed the following prior to submission:

• A Bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university or equivalent.
• Ten years professional experience, including a minimum of three years managerial experience.
• A complete application for evaluation by the Admissions Committee, including all supporting documents.

The demanding nature of the Global Executive MBA requires that all candidates are subject to a rigorous selection process to ensure a top quality student body.

The main objective of the admissions process is to fully understand the candidate’s professional background, experience and exposure, to assess the candidate’s abilities to interact and thrive within the demanding program and to select students with the highest potential.

• Candidates pay a non-refundable application fee of €120 to cover administrative costs.
• The tuition fees for the Global Executive MBA November 2011 intake amount to €64,200.
• Admission is valid for two intakes, thus allowing students to plan their MBA experience.
• To reserve a place on the Global Executive MBA, intake students are required to make a non-refundable deposit of €6,200.
